fresh milk friendly staff ground floor cold water poor drainage midnight alarm
The room included a fridge filled with fresh milk. I found it nice that it was not UHT cartons. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I also enjoyed a lovely meal in the bar located on the ground floor before the music started.
I noticed the shower water was not as hot as it could have been. The shower also did not drain very well after use. An alarm went off just after midnight. It was very disturbing. I needed to make a phone call to rectify the issue, inconvenient.

convenient tram cosy room ample food
the tram provides easy access to the city center in thirty minutes , which i found convenient. my room was cosy , and the provision of ample food options was a definite plus. having both a restaurant downstairs and the option for online delivery via services like 'just eat' or deliveroo provided great flexibility.
I did notice the shower was a little dated . However , i managed to work around it without much issue.

some issues noted
bathroom cleanliness basic breakfast
i noticed a lack of thorough cleaning in certain areas. specifically the bathroom cleanliness was not up to par and the provided breakfast was quite basic. it seemed to prioritize convenience over quality. the sugary cereal bars reminded me of a bare minimum effort and were not particularly appealing. the room itself felt somewhat cramped and could benefit from better lighting to create a more inviting atmosphere

prepackaged items evening noise
the location suited my needs perfectly the staff proved helpful
the room showed signs of wear requiring attention the breakfast bar lacked variety i found only prepackaged items the noise from the nearby pub was noticeable late into the evening it disrupted my sleep
